Earl Owens brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to his leadership role at Owens Electric.

Midway through college, Earl made a pivotal decision to shift his focus to the electrical field, gaining hands-on experience that would later serve as the foundation for his career. His time working for large companies in the area provided him with valuable management experience and a deep understanding of the industry, preparing him to effectively lead Owens Electric.

Earl went on to graduate with honors in Business Management and also earned his Master Electrician certification. His leadership is guided by integrity, professionalism, and most importantly, his commitment to Christian values, which drive his vision for the company and its future.

Meet Lloyd Fowler, Vice President at Owens Electric. With 22 years of hands-on experience as a Journeyman Electrician and over 15 years in management, Lloyd’s leadership is grounded in deep industry expertise.

A dedicated family man, Lloyd is married to Anna Fowler and is the proud father of four—Christa, Ethan, Serenity, and Lydia. Outside of work, he’s a passionate Denver Broncos fan, a devoted coach to his daughter's soccer team, and involved with Brookland ROTC alongside his son. When he’s not coaching or working, you’ll find him enjoying time with family and geeking out with his friends.

Lloyd’s mission is clear: to foster the growth of Owens Electric by training and developing the best electricians in Northeast Arkansas and beyond. He’s committed to driving the company forward, one skilled electrician at a time.

Meagan Dagenhart serves as the Office Manager at Owens Electric LLC, where she brings strong expertise in accounting, payroll, human resources, and business development. With more than six years of experience in Electrical Construction, Meagan plays a key role in supporting operations, strengthening internal processes, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth. Her blend of technical knowledge and people-centered leadership makes her an essential part of the organization’s success. Meagan is also a proud mom to her 11-year-old daughter, Aubree, a competitive travel softball pitcher who throws 50+ mph as of August 2026 and has recently expanded her athletic talents into volleyball and basketball. Their family will soon welcome a new addition — Huxlee Tate, arriving in February — marking an exciting new chapter in Meagan’s life.

Ashley Stem brings a diverse professional background in administrative support, public safety communications, and child and family services to her role at Owens Electric LLC. She holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Social Work. Born and raised in Jonesboro as part of a family-owned construction business that helped shape the local community instilled in her an appreciation for hard work, entrepreneurship, and the value of building something that lasts.

Guided by her faith, Ashley places family at the heart of her life, and being a mother to her son, Winn, is the role she treasures most. She enjoys learning new skills, tackling home projects, and taking spontaneous road trips—but her favorite adventures are those she experiences with Winn.

Teddy Wells is the Commercial Projects Manager at Owens Electric LLC, bringing 17 years of experience in the electrical industry. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he served for four years and had the opportunity to see half the world during his service. Teddy has been married for 22 years and is a dedicated father to two sons. He joined Owens Electric in 2024 and is excited to be part of a fast-growing company under the leadership of Earl, whom he considers a great boss and leader. His expertise and commitment help ensure the successful execution of commercial projects, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Wally Renshaw is the Residential Projects Manager at Owens Electric LLC, bringing 15 years of customer service experience to the company. He applies the management and leadership skills he learned while serving in the Marine Corps daily to meet customer and company needs. Wally has been married for 24 years and is a dedicated father to two daughters and two sons. He joined Owens Electric in 2024 and is excited to be part of a fast-growing company under the leadership of Earl, whom he considers a great boss and leader. His expertise and commitment help ensure the successful execution of residential projects, making him an asset to the team.

Gabe graduated from Arkansas State University in 2010 with a degree in Business Management and has been a proud Red Wolves fan ever since. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him out on his bike (he’s pedaled across Arkansas not once, but twice), shooting hoops, or getting lost in a good video game. Married to his amazing wife Rachel for 13 years, Gabe loves spending time with her and their energetic 4-year-old son, David—whether that’s movie nights, playground adventures, or cheering David on at ninja class. Now at Owens Electric, Gabe’s excited to bring his energy and drive to help strengthen the company’s rock-solid foundation of service, integrity, and value.

Dominic Robertson is the Industrial Manager at Owens Electric, bringing 11 years of hands-on experience as an electrician with a strong background in both commercial and industrial work. Known for his dedication and work ethic, Dominic takes pride in delivering quality results while leading projects and teams in demanding environments. Outside of work, family is a top priority for him, and he is a proud husband to his lovely wife and a devoted father of four. He’s also a passionate Razorbacks fan who never misses a chance to support his team.

Dalton Thompson brings five years of electrical experience and a commitment to honest, dependable work. A graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in Political Science, Dalton enjoys solving problems and serving his community. Outside of work, he stays busy running his cattle farm and pursuing his passion for technology.
