Founder/ Owner

Earl Owens Jr.

Earl Owens brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to his leadership role at Owens Electric.

Midway through college, Earl made a pivotal decision to shift his focus to the electrical field, gaining hands-on experience that would later serve as the foundation for his career. His time working for large companies in the area provided him with valuable management experience and a deep understanding of the industry, preparing him to effectively lead Owens Electric.

Earl went on to graduate with honors in Business Management and also earned his Master Electrician certification. His leadership is guided by integrity, professionalism, and most importantly, his commitment to Christian values, which drive his vision for the company and its future.

Vice President

Lloyd Fowler

Meet Lloyd Fowler, Vice President and Partner at Owens Electric. With 22 years of hands-on experience as a Journeyman Electrician and over 15 years in management, Lloyd’s leadership is grounded in deep industry expertise.

A dedicated family man, Lloyd is married to Anna Fowler and is the proud father of four—Christa, Ethan, Serenity, and Lydia. Outside of work, he’s a passionate Denver Broncos fan, a devoted coach to his daughter's soccer team, and involved with Brookland ROTC alongside his son. When he’s not coaching or working, you’ll find him enjoying time with family and geeking out with his friends.

Lloyd’s mission is clear: to foster the growth of Owens Electric by training and developing the best electricians in Northeast Arkansas and beyond. He’s committed to driving the company forward, one skilled electrician at a time.

Office Manager

Meagan Dagenhart

Meagan Dagenhart is the Office Manager at Owens Electric LLC, bringing expertise in accounting, payroll, human resources, and business development. With over a year of experience in Electrical Construction, she is eager to grow her career and contribute to the company's success. Outside of work, she designs and creates personalized merchandise for various sports and school organizations, specializing in fundraising and spotlights. She is also a proud mom to her 9-year-old daughter, Aubree, a competitive travel softball pitcher who throws a 47 mph fastball as of October 2024, and has recently added volleyball and basketball to their busy schedule.

Residential Manager

Gabe Looney

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the electrical trade, Gabe Looney is a Journeyman Electrician dedicated to precision, safety, and excellence in every project. Since joining Owens Electric LLC on May 21, 2022, he has brought a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Beyond the trade, Gabe Looney is an avid glass enthusiast, appreciating the artistry and intricacy of the medium. He is also a dedicated distance runner, embracing endurance and perseverance both on the track and in life. Most importantly, he is a proud father to his six-year-old son, Carter Pierce, who inspires him every day.

Commercial Projects Manager

Teddy Wells

Teddy Wells is the Commercial Projects Manager at Owens Electric LLC, bringing 17 years of experience in the electrical industry. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he served for four years and had the opportunity to see half the world during his service. Teddy has been married for 22 years and is a dedicated father to two sons. He joined Owens Electric in 2024 and is excited to be part of a fast-growing company under the leadership of Earl, whom he considers a great boss and leader. His expertise and commitment help ensure the successful execution of commercial projects, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Industrial & Safety Manager

Chris Peeler

With over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work, Chris has been a Master Electrician for 14 years. His expertise ensures quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every project. As an Industrial Safety Manager, he upholds the highest standards to protect workers and clients alike.

Beyond his career, Chris is a devoted family man, working alongside his two sons (ages 24 & 30) in the family business. He cherishes time with his 7-year-old daughter and his wonderful Christian wife. In his free time, he enjoys collecting old coins and silver, embracing the history and craftsmanship behind each piece.
